Phil Huff,

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of BrandWatch™, Mr. Huff is responsible for the operations and growth of the company. He has successfully built and grown organizations in the past, and has significant experience working with the BrandWatch™ investment team. Mr. Huff earned a Computer Science degree from Miami University and attended Indiana University's School of Business.

Todd Pettelle,

VP Production

Todd brings over 20 years of manufacturing and management experience to BrandWatch. He is responsible for the design and buildout of our Tier 1 manufacturing facility in Portland, Oregon as well as many of the design enhancements of our products and services. His responsibilities include supply chain management, production, and quality control. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University.

Lou Lauch,

Chairman

Mr. Lauch is Chairman of BrandWatch. Since 1972, he has been the owner and President of KBM, Inc., a Cincinnati, Ohio based company that provides hospital housekeeping services for large, complex government and private facilities. He is co-owner and Vice President of Auto Temp, Inc., and was President of Harper Leather Goods from 1981 to 1999. Mr. Lauch has in the past, and continues to be involved in other businesses in the restaurant and real estate industry. He received a Master's degree in Finance from George Washington University in 1969 and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in 1968.
